Internship Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Intern to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for a student nearing the completion of their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, looking to gain hands-on experience in sales within the tech industry. You will assist in expanding navAI’s client base by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in both the Swiss market, particularly in Ticino, and internationally.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet potential sales targets.

Support in cold calling, cold emailing, and recording activities in our CRM.

Help identify new business opportunities in Switzerland and internationally, focusing on expanding our presence in the AI solutions market.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients under guidance.

Participate in market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials and strategies that support sales efforts.

Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts.

Represent navAI at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events, as needed.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Interest in sales, preferably with some exposure to technology or AI-related industries.

Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Keen understanding of basic sales strategies and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
